What's For Dinner?

Left overs!!! Unfortunately you have to cook something before hand to have leftovers.
It's not that I hate to cook. Infact sometimes I rather enjoy it, but when too many things are going on & I never know when hubby is going to come in for dinner, or if daughter will even eat. She would rather have microwave food then eat a home cooked meal with Mom & Dad. Then I would rather just have last nights pickings, but if you don't cook you run out of left overs fast!!!

Holy Cow! I'm counting 7 dozen eggs sitting there. Get out and sell some lady!
Sloppy Joe's and tater tots for dinner here tonight. Only the best for my family ~ LOL!

I tried to leave a comment the other day with no luck....will try again. It doesn't look like you will be going hungry! How about going out for pizza! Dad

Do you really have as many eggs in your fridge as I think you have??? From your own chickens I presume? Well, look at it this way then, whenever you run out of left-overs, you can always trust your chickens to provide you with some proteins! :)

I was thnking the same as everybody else it seems - eggs for dinner. I do that sometimes when it ends up being just me and I don't want much to eat. Especially on a chilly evening with a piece of homemade bread toast and hot chocolate . . . Yummy.
My chickens are not as prolific as yours appear to be, though! I suppose if I penned them up I would probably find more eggs. I do have a couple setting now and one should be hatching any time. Maybe there are some little peeps even as I speak!
