Snow Day

We woke up to a snowy day this morning.
We had planned a road trip, but after driving a few miles, finding a semi stalled out in the middle of the highway & hearing strong wind warnings, we decided the trip wasn't necessary and turned around to come home.
It has turned out not to be windy at all, just a beautiful snowy day.
I took a walk and shot allot of winter pictures.

This weird person was following me.

Here is a little bird. They where flitting all around looking for seeds.

The cow's where wearing a blanket of snow on there backs.

Fluffy had fun searching for rabbits.

The snow was drifted up like frosting on a cake.

What a great day for a walk!

Stacey,

Your photos are beautiful. I love a walk on a nice wind-free winter day. We are experiencing a deep freeze here right now, so I won`t be walking for a day or two. It was -18F overnight.

Love the snow on the back of the cattle and the photo of you little dog. My camera isn`t working right now and it makes blogging a little more difficult without it.

Stay safe and warm and enjoy the beautiful snow.

Blessings,
Mary

SWEET! All these pics are sweet! The cow reminds me of back in the day when my dad had cattle and I would feed them hay bales in the winter! I would close my eyes and hear them munching the hay! I especially like that snowdrift pic too! Beauty Full! Thank YOU for your compliments on my art! Happy Week-end!
