Frost on the Pumkin

We are having our first winter storm of the season. It's a little early, but not unusual to have a snow storm in October. The snow is supposed to keep coming all weekend & then be up in the 50's Monday.
It seems like a great weekend to stay home, read by the fire, sew, bake & do crafty things, while sipping on hot apple cider.
Well, so many things to do. Got to go, toot-a-loo

Brr...I love the pumpkin in the snow picture! We are having an absolutely gorgeous fall day today. It's supposed to stick around through tomorrow. Hope you get some good cozy time by the fire!

Chilled pumpkin! Great shot! We usually have a light frost on our pumpkins but I have to say I've never seen snow on one in October! Sounds like you have your weekend hours planned with some fun activities! Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving me such a nice message!

Brrr! You're right - it's a good weekend to stay in and do something you enjoy doing. Sewing, reading, sitting near the fire all sounds good to me. ~Adrienne~

That fire looks inviting. But I'm not ready for that yet.
Halloween is still occupying my fireplace. And it's in the 70's. I dread to see winter come.
