Winter

I'm one of those strange people who actually like winter.
Here are some of the reasons why:
Sledding
Skating
Snowmobiling
Pretty white sparkling snow
Or just relaxing in the house with a crackling fire burning,
a good book and cookies baking in the oven.
What do you like about winter?

Well, if I don't have to be out in it for long periods of time, I love it until it starts to get old like the second month into it;)

great pictures! I love sitting by the fire - I'm not really a cold weather girl ... chapped lips, runny nose, cold hands and ears ... that's what I think of snow ;-)

I love the snow. It's beautiful, falling and lying softly on the ground. Blanketing everything in white.
But I DON'T LIKE COLD!
So I'll be inside by the cracklin' fire, eating fresh baked cookies and dreaming of spring.

I'm inside. Wrecked a knee skiing with my kids. I like to be in when it's cold and nasty out. I'm not moving to the south to escape the snow, just building a bigger fire and throwing on a thicker blanket!

The fire, the baking, the good book, and looking at your beautiful snowy pictures.

Outside playing in the snow is the best. There is no bad weather, only poor clothing. Bundle up and go on out! The well-deserved cookies and crackling fire will be waiting when you come in, out of breath and refreshed.
