Plum Wine?


 The wine experiment didn't work, but I did grow some nice mold spores.

 I had high expectations of serving homemade plum wine to dinner guests.

 I think next time I will just make plum juice and refrigerate it.

 Does anybody out there know how to make wine?

    I don't know how to make wine (despite growing up below the Mason Dixon line) ... but I do know how to drink it ;-)

    That actually looks pretty cool in its own weird way. Maybe you need to get a wine book and see how they make it? :)

    I couldn't help but notice your "experiment" after reading your TTP...T post. Sorry it didn't work out. I've made plum jam, but never wine - so I'm no help. :)
