Spring Breeze


A spring breeze has arrived today.
Taking the ice far away from our shore
and depositing the last remaining evidence of winter
on the north east side of Antelope Lake.
Good by, good by ice and snow.
We hope not to see you again until next winter.

    Happy happy spring! This post reminds me of an old kids book called "Thidwick the Big-Hearted Moose". The only relevance is that he swam across a lake to the far distant shore. But still, reminds me of it...
